"I met Maxton Welch for the first time on Rowlett Creek Texas late in April 2009. I had read about his guided fishing trips to Rowlett Creek on a large Texas fishing forum, and had to see for myself if the size and numbers of fish were true, or if there was a bit of the standard angler's exaggeration involved.
We met at 6:00am, shook hands, and headed toward the creek.
